I thought it might be fun to share our menus with eachother. Maybe we can pick up some tips or find new things we never thought of. Here's my menu for the day. My points target is 30...I'm trying to come in a little under every day.

Ok...I can do the breakfast and lunch, but I haven't done my grocery shopping yet (do that on Mondays ) so I have no idea for dinner yet...will do better tomorrow!!!

Morning: Decaf Mint green tea 0pts (plus it counts as water...no caffine, so sugar) Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal with 1/2 cup ff milk=3 6 inch banana=1 pt

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Chicken Cesear Bowl=6 pts 2 pieces Lite bread=1 pt Salad with ff Italian dressing=0pts

Snacks: 1 mini bag popcorn=1 pt 1 small bag fruit snacks (the ones for kids....I had a low blood sugar)= 1pt 1 Tootsie Pop=1pt

Truth be told I'll probably have 2 of those today!!!! LOL
So lets see.... Food pts value used: 14 Food pts value balance (-) over (+) under +8
But remember .... that is before dinner and my night time snack....which will be based on how many pts I use at dinner!!! And I may have a mid morning snack before lunch depending on if I get hungry or not! Or if these Tootsie Rolls keep calling my name!!!! (*edit note...as you can see I had to eat one of those tootsie pops!!!! LOL )

Exercise: Curves for 1 hour Walked 2 miles w/ hw...in the rain, lol! I refused to let the weather screw me up on a Monday!! It would start my week off bad...NO CHANCE!
