I actually know because we have a "regular" dinner on Wednesday.


Morning:
3/4 c Honey Bunches of Oats Peach cereal with 1/2 c milk=3 pts
Decaf Mint Green Tea=0 pts (but counts as water) 2 16oz mugs!


Subtotal:  3 pts


Lunch:
Lean Cusine Lemon Garlic Shrimp=5 pt
Sara Lee Honey 'whole Wheat bread 2 sllices=1 pt
Salad with Kraft FF Italian dressing=0 pts


Subtotal:  6 pts


Supper:
Subway Oven Roasted Chicken sandwich (- cheese) with veggies & Buffalo sauce=6pts
Light Lays chips=1 pt


Subtotal: 7pts


Total 16 pts which leaves me 6 pts for snacks and extras I might want with my meal.


Make that 17 total with 5 left...


Tootsie pop= 1 pt

Exercise: Curves one hour


Breakfast: Fiber One cereal, 0 pts, 1/2 ff milk, 1 pt., banana, 2 pts = 3 POINTS


Lunch: bowl (2 cups) Progresso Potato, Broccoli and Cheese Chowder = 9 points


Snack: small orange, 0 points, Mini-bag 94% FF popcorn, 1 point


Supper:Roast beef sandwich-
2 pieces of whole wheat bread - 2 points
2 oz of lean deli RB - 2 points
1 tbsp of lite mayo - 1 point
1 serving Baked cheetos - 3 points
green apple - 1 point
SUPPER TOTAL = 9 points


Dessert:


Water: 60 oz. so far
