I believe it is Sara Lee's 100% Whole Wheat with Honey. It is 90 calories for 2 slices, but 5 grams fiber and 1 fat. Now I'm doing this by memory cause my bread is at the house. I just bring enough for today to work. I'll try and check it after church tonight and let you know for sure.
Most of the lite breads you can get 2 slices for 1 pt....including the hamburger and hot dog buns!

I've been using Wonder Bread's light Italian, light sourdough and light wheat breads. They are all 1 pt for 2 slices.
They are very good too! I made garlic toast for my son and husbands to have with their spaghetti tonight...and they ate it without knowing it wasn't regular italian bread!
I prefer the italian bread for everything...it's thick cut and very substantial. I buy it at the day old bread store and it's very inexpensive. Good stuff!
I'm soooooo glad that I can have bread now...Flex rocks!

As far as mine........I forgot to look last night and with the dinners dh and I brought to the store, we did not bring bread today! We got home later than usual last night. Service upstairs went longer. We actually get to go home tonight after work, so I will look and post it tonight!
