Maple Dijon Carrots (1 pt)


*This recipe is from the Promise Buttery Spread website. I used their nutrition data and figured the points using the points calculator on WW.com. They should be accurate. Colette



1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally


1 Tbsp. Promise ® Buttery Spread


1-1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard


2 tsp. pure maple or pancake syrup


In medium saucepan, add carrots and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook 6 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
 
In same saucepan, toss carrots with remaining ingredients. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
