SZECHUAN VEGGIE TOSS (3 pts)

1/4 cup Promise ® Buttery Spread


1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion


1 tsp. finely grated orange peel


1/2 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger


1 clove garlic, finely chopped


1 tsp. Asian chili sauce or hot pepper sauce


4 cups fresh stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, onion, snow peas, bell pepper and/or carrots) (about 1 lb.)


In large bowl, combine Promise ® Buttery Spread, green onion, orange peel, ginger, garlic and chili sauce. Add vegetables and toss well to coat. Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook vegetables, stirring frequently, 6 minutes or until crisp-tender.
