Mornin' ladies! I hope that everyone is having a great day and enjoying the fabulous spring weather! I took an extra long walk yesterday because all the trees and flowers are blooming and it was so warm and beautiful. I changed my walking path...so maybe that will help me get more in. I have a busy day, so I won't be up here much til later. Tomorrow is weigh in day for me so yesterday and today I'm keeping under my points target...it seems to be working! *OOOOWWWWWW!!!! I'm sooooo sore!!!! My leader called me yesterday and wanted to know if I wanted to go walking with her. I did. I'm paying for it!!!! We were talking and I wasn't paying attention. Next thing I knew, we had been walking for an hour...and I normally walk a 14-15 minute mile which means I walked 4 miles!!!! At least, I think her pace is faster than mine normal one.

As you can see...I added some points to today's menu. I had a snack...was feeling a bit faint and had some yummies to perk me up! I know that if I'm good tonight that I'll lose weight tomorrow morning...then...go out and eat pizza!
Actually, I will have one piece of pizza, but I'll have lots of salad and water along with it...so it won't be too bad! Maybe I'll even sneak a mini bag of popcorn into the theater when we go to the movies (Ice Age II~The Melt Down)...I've been looking forward to seeing that!
A girl at my WW meeting recomends taking Tootsie Pops to movies or ball games...great idea! I've been keeping them in my bag ever since you told me they are only 1 point! Thanks for that! My skinny friend Mary at work...she and I have one every night for our "treat" (the girl weighs 105 lbs after having 2 big strapping baby boys! Lucky!!!

I used to take my big purse into the movies when I was younger!!! My sister, brother and I would pop our own corn, take canned drinks and whatever else and stick it in my purse. Sometimes I'd have to carry my wallet 'cause it wouldn't fit in my purse!!!! So enjoy your 1 pt popcorn and 1 pt tootsie pop!!!!! As well as your "date" with your little fellow!!!!
