This recipe was a recent Hot Topic on the WW community bulletin board. It was reprinted in the May/June 2006 issue of WW magazine. "I adapted this recipe from a favorite restaurant," writes another member.
Mix 2 Tbsp reduced calorie ranch dressing, 2 Tbsp barbeque sauce, and lime juice to taste. Toss with 1 c. shredded grilled chicken breast, 1/2 c. canned black beans, 1/2 c. corn and 3 c. mixed greens.
Points value per serving (2 cups)=4 points
