Core question....

Still debating whether or not to try Core for a couple weeks.  I am trying to decide if I will start it tomorrow or not....with my test, I don't know.

Anyway....my question is this....I noticed lunchmeat is not Core...is that all lunchmean, like turkey, ham, etc. or is it things like bologna.  'Cause I use the Deli cuts that are prepackaged like oscar Meyer, Louis Rich, etc.  Do I have to count pts for those?

If so....what do you (or did you) do for lunches etc.  I know ff milk is Core as well as things like cottage cheese, veggies, fruits, etc.  I just am a little confused on meats.

Thanks!

Got another question....what about tuna fish.  I get the canned tuna and use pickles and ff mayo to make it.  Would that be Core?

Chelle...I was having trouble getting on the site yesterday so forgive me for taking so long to answer your question. Here is an article on Core foods that might help you from WW.com. Deli meat is not core...but it's usually very low in points so you can have it. Now to be honest, I didn't know that deli sliced turkey wasn't core...and I ate it on Core and lost weight...but come to find out it was a no no. How much more weight would I have lost if I hadn't eaten it? I don't know. When I do Core...I allow myself an extra 5 points per day from my WPA...it really helps. Remember, Core foods are generally unprocessed...so cured meat will be counted as points. If you have any moe questions...just let me know. Thanks and good luck. Colette
