Morning! Today is weigh in day for me...and I think that I lost a little. I'm having my first real period in about 8 months...unfortunately, it started too late to get rid of the water gain before weigh in day. But, my scale say's that I lost a bit since last Wed morning..we'll see what happens. Since I always gain about 3-4 lbs before my period...I'm hoping that means that I'll have a big loss next week.
