Ingredients: 2 cups cooked noodles 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese 3/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream 1/3 cup green onion, chopped 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup egg substitute Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into baking dish and press into the bottom. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until center is set and edges are golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes and cut into 9 pieces.
