*My MIL used to make this all the time for hubby when he was a teenager. It is so easy and I have lightened it up to make it WW friendly.
2 boiled boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 cups cooked brown rice 1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom 1 can 98% fat free cream of celery
Cook brown rice according to directions to make 2 cups cooked. Tear chicken into bite sized pieces while waiting on rice (should already be cooked). After rice is done, you can do it one of two ways.
1. Combine chicken and soups and heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
or
2. Add chicken and soups to rice and heat through.
Serves 5-6 people
For 5 servings = 4 pts For 6 servings = 3 pts
