I found out yesterday that I miscarried. It is sad, but I trust in God and what He has planned for my life. My d&c is scheduled for Monday morning at 7:30am. I'm really anxious to have that done, so I can put this behind me. After my recovery from that, I plan to get back to my diet and exercise routine before the pregnancy.


I really want to go back to WW and start my meetings again. I just dropped before, so what will happen if I just show up at the next meeting. Will is be just like starting over? I guess it's probably been four-six weeks since I went last. Something like that.


Thanks for being here. I'll need you ladies to help me get my butt back in gear. I've already gained 10 lbs (that I know of) since my last meeting. YIKES, right??? Hope you all have been doing well, and I will see you VERY soon!


Keep my in your prayers for my procedure Monday morning.

I too have been through a miscarriage and D&C ... There are no words I can say to make it better, so I won't even try. All I can say is how sorry I am, and that I will keep you and your family in my prayers.  If there's anything I can do, please don't hesitate to ask.

Honey...I am so very sorry. I wish I could say something that would help...but all I can say is that you and your family are in my prayers. I will be lifting you up on Monday morning...and please know that many are praying for you.

Kassidy, honey, I am soooooo sorry!!!!  I wish I could be there to give you a big hug right now! 


You are in my prayers!  I will esp be praying for you tomorrow morning!


One of our other friends at Alfabet Soup had a miscarriage within the last couple of years, too.  I wish we could take away the hurt, but we can do the next best thing and hold you and your family in our prayers!


I would just explain to WW and see how they want to handle it since you did not just quit, but you had a reason.  Surely they will work with you.

Thank you all so much for your prayers and concerns.


Here's the short story.....


I did not have the procedure done this morning. The products of conception were mostly expelled over the weekend. Sunday was pretty bad, cramping, bleeding, and passing tissue. Before we proceeded with surgery this morning, an ultrasound revealed the majority of it passed naturally. It continued today and I have been trying to take it easy, and hoping for no complications. I hope the next day or so will prove this ordeal OVER! I'll check in and let you all know how things progress.


I'm so ready to get active and back to dieting. It's just not the time right now. Thank you again for all your kindness and prayers. Having a group of supporters like this means more than words can express.

I had some more pain and cramping yesterday, but so far so good today.
