If chocolate is your weakness, try these tips from other Fit Forever! members for taming your inner chocoholic:
Don't keep chocolate in the house. If it's not there, you can't nibble on it! And chances are you won't want it badly enough to go to the store.
Avoid the candy dish at work. Even a few handfuls of bite-sized chocolate candies add up fast!
Try hot chocolate instead of a candy bar or brownie when the cravings hit. It tastes just as good, and there are about 115 calories per package for a regular, and only 55 calories in sugar-free! And be sure to prepare your cocoa with water, not milk.
Remember, sugar-free or fat-free may not be calorie free. So check the label!
Avoid "diet" chocolate items if they will trigger an urge to binge.
Find a "busy hands" hobby. You won't want to get chocolate on your project!
Retrain your brain! Go for a walk or do something healthy every time you want chocolate. Soon, you'll have a new habit!
Instead of thinking of your body as the enemy, think of it as your best friend.
