2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil 2 tsp olive oil 1 tsp water 1/4 tsp salt 1 garlic clove, minced cooking spray 4 small yellow squash, cut in 1/2 lengthwise (about 3/4 lb) 4 medium zucchini, cut in 1/2 lengthwise (about 1 1/2 lbs)
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush cut surfaces of yellow squash and zucchini with half of basil mixture; set aside. Prepare grill. Place vegetables, cut sides down, on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill a few minutes until vegetables are tender, turning and basting once with reserve marinade.
