1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup peeled banana
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup pasteurized egg substitute
3/4 cup soy milk
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve cold.
