Well...I had the most wonderful weekend! DH and I went to The Elms Resort and Spa in Excelsior Springs, MO...just the TWO of us! We hadn't been away...ALONE...together in about 12 years! It was glorious! I ate way too much though...and I paid for it! I discovered that I can't eat the volume of food that I used to (yes...I was ). I also discovered that if you eat alot of fried onion rings after being on WW for 8 months...that you don't feel so good! I won't do THAT again! But, it was worth it...and so far the scale isn't showing my transgressions...but I'm going out for an extra long walk...right now! It's light bread and water and forced marches for me the rest of the week! Have a great day everyone! Colette
