Garlic Green Beans POINTS: 0 INSTRUCTIONS
1 pound fresh green beans or canned equivalent (drained) 16 oz Green Giant Cut Green Beans 1/2 tsp salt 2 serving Fat Free Promise Buttery Spread 1 tsp chopped fresh garlic 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 Tbsp reduced fat parmesan cheese
If using fresh green beans, boil with 1-1/2 cups water and salt until tender, then drain and follow directions. If using canned green it equals about 5 or 6 cans drained and no need to par boil. After beans have been drained and returned to skillet....
Add all remaining ingredients. Continue cooking until garlic is tender (2 to 3 minutes) or heated through.
Sprinkle 2 ounces freshly grated or shredded Parmesan cheese over beans; let stand 2 minutes before serving.
