2- 5 oz salmon fillets, with or without skin 4 sprays canola oil cooking spray 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp lemon pepper
Instructions
Pat fillets dry with paper towls. Place on plate. Spray each side with canola oil cooking spray. Mix seasonings together and sprinkle over fish. Grill on a hot grill for 4-5 minutes per side or unitl it reaches desired level of doneness.
