*Ok....I'm cracking down on myself...not only am I going to get back to posting my meals here....I've not been using my Quick Track...so buckling down! I've been too slack here lately!!!!
Daily Point Total = 20 pts
Morning: 1 cup WW Flakes 'n Fiber cereal = 2 pts 1 cup fat free milk = 2 pts (1/2 in cereal, 1/2 in Chai) Chocolate Caramel Enchantment Chai tea = 0 pts
Total used = 4 Left = 9 (which will be plenty to use for dinner whichever way I go)

Water, Does the melted ice left over from a diet soda count if it's a full 8 ounces?
I don't know on that one.
My leader did tell us that if you drink a diet drink that is caffine free it can count as part of your water. You shouldn't drink all your water that way because they do still have some sodium in them. Have you tried those little flavor packets you can put in your water like Crystal Light (I use WalMart version). They help if you can't stomach water too well and most don't have sodium in them so those are good to count as your water!
