*Ok....I'm cracking down on myself...not only am I going to get back to posting my meals here....I've not been using my Quick Track...so buckling down!  I've been too slack here lately!!!!


Daily Point Total = 20 pts


Morning: 
1 cup WW Flakes 'n Fiber cereal = 2 pts
1 cup fat free milk = 2 pts (1/2 in cereal, 1/2 in Chai)
Chocolate Caramel Enchantment Chai tea = 0 pts


Total used = 4 pts    Left = 16


Afternoon: 
Tuna salad (made with ff mayo) = 1 pt
2 slices light bread = 1 pt
20 Light Lays chips = 1 pt
Salad with fat free italian dressing = 0 pts


Total used = 3 pts   Left = 13


Evening: 
Not for sure...depends on if I have to stay in town with hubby or can go home...it really depends on if they keep my car to fix it.


Snacks: 
Popcorn = 1 pt
Tootsie Pop = 1 pt
Light ice cream sandwich = 2 pts


Total used = 4  Left = 9
(which will be plenty to use for dinner whichever way I go)

Menu:  30 points to spend (good grief)


Breakfast,


1 cup special K wtih strawberry and 1/2 cup skim milk=3 points


Blueberries, 1 cup =1 point


1/2 bagel with 1T cream cheese=4 points.


Total 8 points


Snack at 10:30 AM


WW yogurt=1point


Med banana=2


Total 3 points  11 used, 19 to go


Lunch:


Ham and swiss wrap =5 points


Diet soda=0


5 points 14 to go


Pm Snack


Fat free cottage cheese 1 c=3 points


1 cup sliced canned peaches with pear juice 2 points


5 points 11 to go


Dinner


roasted Cornish Game Hen 1/2 is 4 ounces so without skin 5 points (please correct me if I am wrong so I can have an acurate points count)


Smashed califlower 1 cup iwth 1t butter=1


Steamed carrots 1 cup=1 point


6 points used 5 left to go.


popcorn while watching a movie


1 cup of jiffy pop (the kind that you cook on your stove top becuase I don't have an air popper) 3 points


End of day 28 points used.


Water, Does the melted ice left over from a diet soda count if it's a full 8 ounces?

I don't know on that one.


My leader did tell us that if you drink a diet drink that is caffine free it can count as part of your water.  You shouldn't drink all your water that way because they do still have some sodium in them.  Have you tried those little flavor packets you can put in your water like Crystal Light (I use WalMart version).  They help if you can't stomach water too well and most don't have sodium in them so those are good to count as your water!
