*Since I discovered turkey bacon, this has become my favorite sandwich! I use two slices of the Jenny-O brand turkey bacon, fried crisp with cooking spray. It's just delicious. My DH (who adores real bacon...just loves turkey bacon now. Hope you try this...it's yummy! Colette


Serves 1

2 slices Wonder Light Bread (or comparable light bread that = 2 slices for 1 pt)
1 large slice tomato
2 rings red onion (if desired)
Lettuce leaves
1 TBSP FF Miracle Whip
2 slices Jenny-O brand turkey bacon
Cooking Spray

Toast bread slices. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook turkey bacon over med-high heat according to package directions or until desired crispness is achieved. Spread FF Miracle Whip over toast and layer sandwich with bacon, tomato and lettuce and red onion if desired. Enjoy!
