*Good morning WW buddies! I went to deliver some food yesterday to one of my friends who just had her first baby. My WW leader, Sherri, was with me. She was encouraging me saying if I will push for it, I should be able to make goal this session. I know I haven't done anything this week, but I really need to push it. I want this...the question is how much? Keep me accountable, please!!!! First goal...5 lbs....I don't think I'll have done too much by tomorrow....but time to get on the ball!!!!!
Afternoon: 1/2 cup Chi-Chi's Spicy Shredded Chicken = 2 pts 1/4 cup fat free cheese = 1 pt 1 LaTortilla Factory garlic & herb tortilla = 0 pts 1/4 cup lettuce = 0 pts
Used = 3 pts Left = 14 pts
Evening: (Ok....I was bad last night...real bad...we hit McDonald instead of Subway...I had a Big 'n Tasty...no cheese or mayo and a med fry ....yes even after what my leader said! I'll be better today!!!!) 6" Oven Roasted Chicken breast, no cheese, with fresh veggies and fat free honey mustard = 6 pts Light Lays chips = 1 pt
Used = 7 pts Left = 7
Snacks: Popcorn = 2 pts (plan on having it twice today) Tootsie Pop = 1 pt Sweet 'n Salty almond granola bar = 3 pts
Used = 6 pts Left = 1
Now to stick to it!!!!!

2 AM Lunch: One 6in flour torilla with 3 oz ham 4 ounces fat free moterella, shredded lettuce and tomato, 4 points, Sugar free Jello, 0 points, 1/2 cup pineapple, 2 points
4 AM break, 2 cups torn lettuce with diced tomatoes 0 points and water
1 PM, pork loin sandwich, no chips or fries, diet Dr Pepper, 6 points
Dinner: Chicken Stir fry 2T of stir fry sauce, brown rice, Lettuce wedge.
I will try to have a bowl of Special K with skim milk before going to work, I left my book at work so I can't do the points right now, I will fill those in when I get home.
