*Still hard for me to not to think I have to weigh in tonight...but Wednesday works just as well...plus it gives me an extra day to work off some of those no-nos I might have over the weekend....like my mom's buscuits and gravy this past Sat!    Yeah...those WPA came in handy!!!!

Morning: 
Smart Portions Banana Nut muffins = 2 pts

Afternoon: 
2 oz tuna salad (tuna, ff mayo, pickles) = 2 pts
1 LaTortilla torilla = 0 pts
Fresh veggies =0 pts
Sweet & Salty Almond granola bar = 3 pts


Used = 5 pts    Left = 15 pts


Evening: 
LC Roasted Garlic Brick Oven Pizza = 6 pts
Salad with ff Italian dressing = 0 pts
Light ice cream sandwich = 2 pts


Used = 8 pts   Left = 7 pts


Snacks:

8 mini tootsie rolls = 2 pts

2 AM lunch one serving of instant Oatmeal, mixed with skim Milk and Necturine. 5 points.


4 AM snack,  Tootsie Midgie, 1 point (for some reason I was really shaky and felt faint like a blood sugar drop so I grabbed a tootie roll midgie from the candy jar in the cash office and sat down for 15 minutes. after I sat down, it felt like I had no energy to even talk.  The cashier in the C/o is diabetic and took my bloog sugar and it was down in 40. That isn't good at all. She let me have some of her glocose tablets and I cam home and slept until 10:30.  Mom can over with her blood machine and it was 89.


10:30 I had a can of regular pop and a grilled tuna sandwhich with a pickle. I feel better. I wonder  if I broke through the insulint resistance? I do have a call into the dr's office to find out.  12 points (my dad fixed the sandwich so I am sure it had twice the points just in mayo.)


about 2 PM, I am going to have 1 cup fat free cottage cheese and 1/4 catalope.  4 points


Dinner will be Gulosh (macaroni, Hamburger, onion and diced tomatoes)  7 Points.
