Breakfast: 1 cup of Special K with strawberries, 1 cup skim milk, one banana 6 points
snack, small peach 1 point
Lunch: Turkey and Tomato roll up, 1 cup veggie salad, 1 serving of Cheetoos 7 points
1 c ff cottage cheese, 1 cup pineapple 5 points
Dinner: Hamburgers, Kids will get french fries, (oven baked) and I will have my baked potato with salsa, 5 points
and if they are really good and let me take a nap before work, I will make banana smoothies.
