Today is my monday. It's a 24 hour day for me. I don't know if I am upset becuase I won't be able to get sleep this afternoon or if my sister is here and I won't be able to spend time with her becuase I do work overnights.

AM Snack,My Thyroid pills, weight loss daily vitiman. (with my hypothyroidism, I have to take a daily vitamin, Dr doesn't care which one, just as long as I take it becuase it causes mal absorbtion issues. so I switched from Centerum to One a day Weight loss)
Lunch, Left over veggie pizza, Thin crust, Minimal cheese, Still 8 points
PM Snack, Banana or apple
Dinner (Jim will be home early tonight so I am going to thaw out some sirloin steaks)
*Bear with me today folks! running a bit behind posting. Our state (TN...Go Vols!!!!) is having a tax free weekend on school supplies...so after helping my dh open the store...the girls and I hit WalMart before the crowds did. So now to post my menu...didn't get to do my morning exercise DVD due to low blood sugar, but I may sneak out to go walking over at the Hoop (building here on campus) if I get a chance to go.

I feel your pain AnnaLee...I work nights too...but I get home around 2 am. Working 10 hour shifts this week and it's kicking my hiney big time. Snacks keep me going at work...ok...snacks and coffee!
