I get an online email from Denise Austin and she always puts a little what she calls Deniseology.  They are so uplifting.  This one spoke to me...esp with the problems I've had lately....so I thought I'd share it....



I am confident that if you haven't already seen the beautiful things that are happening to your body, you will very soon!

Yes...I like them...please post more!

We can all use these words of encouragement...I know I sure can! Denise Austin is great...Tony Snow (the President's press secretary and former radio talk show host) used to have her on his program all the time. He called her "The Perky Little Dominatrix"! because she's so perky and sweet and such a drill seargent! She helped him lose weight after his surgury for colon cancer though and he loves her...I think she's great!

Eating one serving of something will not make you fat! If you must eat something you crave, try to eat only three bites of it, and then throw the rest away.

I don't know anyone who doesn't want shapely legs! In just 10 minutes a day, you can tighten, tone, and shape your legs to achieve a great-looking lower body!
