I was not having too much luck on finding a breakfast that was filling and yet had the amount of fiber I wanted. I really didn't care much for the oatmeal David uses (the Kashi GoLean Honey and Cinnamon). He sticks to that and has lost 67 pounds, so it is a good one.
I tend to like the fruit flavors in mine. I remembered I had tried Strum's oatmeal. They have a reg, blueberry, and cranberry. I checked it out again and each pack (2 points) has 6 grams fiber! So that is what I will eating for awhile. David doesn't care much for it. I get the blueberry, but will probably try the cranberry as well.
