I am going to really watch what I eat this week. I have to wear the brace for two more weeks then 6 weeks in a ace brace. Which is much better, I can get my shoes on.

Lunch, Homemade Chicken nuggets, 6 oz of boneless skinless thigh meat cut into 1 ounce cubes seasoned with lemon pepper seasoning and baked with 15 frozen french fries and 10 raw baby carrots, 9 points 14 points left
Snack: 3 cups air popped popcorn with CBINB and 1 cup of grapes and Diet soda 2 points 12 points left
Dinner: We Ended up eating out last night at wendy's since our company canceled. So I am going to fix what we were going to have last night, tonight. Smothered Steak and onions, Baked red potatoes and steamed green beans and corn on the cob. THe smothered Steak and onions is from a recipe here, 4 points per serving, Baked red potatoes are quartered reds, tossed with 2T of olive oil and seasoned with Cavenoff's All purpose Greek Seasoning, one cup is 2 points, Green beens, 1 cup is 0 points and corn is 1 point 7 points
Since I am going to work, Break at 11:30 will be an ounce of cashews and water. 5 points.
