Its a beautiful day today and I'm happy to say that I just got back from my walk...I could hardly get up the stairs and I'm ready for a hot, soaking bath...but I did it! I've walked for 3 days in a row now...and I plan on doing it (Lord willing ) every day this week! That will be a huge hurdle for me to overcome..I'm lazy at heart...but I know I can do it. I'm aiming for another -5 lbs next week. I don't know if that's possible, but I'm shooting for it anyway. I hope that you all have a wonderful day! Blessings...Colette

I am going to talk to my leader tonight about switching to core
2 AM Lunch, 6 oz of cold salmon (baked with just a pinch of salt, lemon slices and dill) Chopped tomato and basil salad 1 slice of 100% whole wheat bread with 1T butter 9 points
4 AM Snack 6 oz of light blueberry yogurt 2 points
9 AM 1 cup special K red berry cereal. 1/2 cup of milk, one small peach 3 points
12 PM 2 cup salad greens, chopped tomato, sliced cucumber, 1 chopped hard boiled egg, 1T of balsamic Vinegar 2 points
3PM 1 package of 100 calorie mini teddy grahams 1/2 cup skim milk 3 points
*Ok...been a bit of a rough day. The health inspector showed up about 10 minutes before the girls and I were to leave before CBS. We did make in on time. Today was luncheon day at CBS, too...mexican!!! So that meant I was mainly at the mercy of other's cooking. But I did pretty good. Instead of the taco salad shells, I took a few tortilla chips, crushed them and put my meat & veggies on that. I did splurge a bit though. So I'm doing a bit of guessing on amounts.
