Lunch: My veggie soup = 2 pts 6 saltines = 2 pts Salad with fat free dressing = 0 pts
Used = 4 pts Left = 15 pts
Snacks: Popcorn = 2 pts (I'll have it twice today) 100 calorie pack Chips Ahoy = 2 pts
Used = 4 pts Left = 11 pts
Dinner: We will grab something after church probably...have plenty of points though!

Chelle...I noticed that you had 2 milk servings checked but I didn't see any milk. The Laughing Cow cheese doesn't count as a dairy serving...not enough protein and calcium. That could be part of the problem that you've been having.
We need our calcium because it helps our bodies lose weight. In fact, Weight Watchers is changing their guidelines about what makes a food count as a dairy serving. I'll check with my leader and see what they've finally decided on.
Also, you might try having some more protein with breakfast...it makes it stick with you longer and if you're stressed or working out then you need the protein. It also might help balance your blood sugar a little better and reduce cravings.
