OK ma'am...I'm putting on my nagging hat...you asked for it remember...:...milk, veggies, fruits, oils...you get the idea. I know it's hard...that's why I do Core..I can't fit everything else in otherwise. Who wants to waste points on things like oil and fruits and veggies. I feel for ya sister. Hope maybe you'll jump on the Core bandwagon with me.

I know....I was really bad yesterday! I have got apples in the back fridge here at work so I can munch on those. They are small so that is only 1 pt. I actually did think while the popcorn was popping that I should have had an apple instead. But I didn't!
Ok...new goal...try to eat at least one apple a day.
