*and weigh in day for me....so will be watching my points closely until after my meeting tonight.

Breakfast:
1 cup Fiber One Honey Cluster cereal with 1/2 cup milk = 3 pts
1 small banana = 1 pt
Diet Hot Chocolate = 0 pts


Used = 4 pts    Left = 18 pts


Lunch:
Smart Ones Roasted Potatoes with Broccoli & Cheese = 4 pts
2 slices light toast = 1 pt
2 Tbsp olive oil dressing (dipped the bread in it...forgot my veggies at home) = 1 pt


Used = 6 pts     Left = 12 pts


Snacks:
Popcorn (10am couldn't help myself!) = 1 pt


Used = 1 pt     Left = 11 pts
