*Good morning dear friends! I am feeling better today. Everything is where is should be, but I am still tired...but that is better than tired and sick. Just taking it slow with eating. Today is weigh in day for me and is also my nephew's 5th bd and my aunt & uncle's 50th wedding anniversary, so I've got cards to send and phone calls to make later today.

Chelle...I'm so glad that you're feeling better today! Many blessings to your nephew and aunt and uncle! I just got back from doing my WalMart grocery shopping and I picked up a veggie delight sub at Subway...and ate most of a big bag of fat free chips on the way home... But...I counted the points for my debacle...IF YOU BITE IT...YOU WRITE IT!!! I have some points left over for the day...so I didn't do any damage (hopefully). Have a wonderful day everyone! Colette

I wasn't so good yesterday. I had McDonald's yesterday AM Then my sister took me out for a pizza buffet for lunch. I only had one slice of taco pizza though and stayed with the limited Salad bar but I had my wishbone sprizter with me. I love that raspberry vinegrette. Dinner was fried chicken, (no breading or added oil, just put in a non stick skillet and cooked 20 minutes on one side and 15 on the other) mashed potatoes, (Skipped the gravy) and more salad.
