Breakfast, 1 cup of Cream of wheat, 1T of flaxseed oil, 2 packets of splenda, 1/2 cup 2% milk and a small orange 5 points
AM Snack: 1 wedge of garlic and herb cheese and 15 wheat crackers 3 points
Lunch 2oz boiled ham with one slice of 2% american cheese wrapped in a lettuce leaf and 1 oz of reduced fat ruffles and 10 baby carrots
PM Snack 1 small apple
Dinner is Hamburger stew.
Instead of Hamburger stew, I found some ham hocks in the freezer. I am making bean soup for dinner.
One pound package of white beans, quick soaked and cooked until tender.
2 large carrots, 4 ribs of celery, 1 large onion, 3 or more cloves of garlic all finely chopped and add 1 large can of v-8 juice, 1 6oz can of tomato paste and ham hocks. Simmer until veggies are tender.
