No I don't have a problem with the death penalty as long as the person who gets it deserves it.  McVay for the Okahoma City Bombing,  YES!  Scott Peterson, NO  (He deserved to sit in solitary confinement, with pictures of Laci plastered to the wall and newborn cries piped in 24/7.  Susan Smith, needs to sit in Solitary confinement, with pictures of her two boys, with the screams that came out of their mouths while the car was being submurged played 24/7.  I know I know, Judge lest Ye be Judge and "Vengence is Mine, sayth the Lord". I know there are people that are going to cast out of Paradise to Outer Darkness and beyond.

Anyone that harms a child, instant and imediate death. Not this "Humane' way either. They need to die the same way they killed that baby. If it was months of abuse, then months of abuse back.
