*But as we talked about last week at my meeting....I will not gobble until I wobble! What are your plans for Thanksgiving? My brother is suppose to come up. My parents are in Scotland; David's parents are going to his cousins, and my sister will be with her in-laws. So guess who is cooking for my brother and my family....me! Oh well...at least I can be in charge of what is served. I'll be scouring these boards today for ideas. I know I'll be using Stove Top's whole wheat stuffing....if I remember correctly...1 cup is just a couple points...oh well...I'll have my trusty calculator with me when I do my shopping! Have a blessed day!!!
Daily Point Total = 22 pts
Breakfast: 1/2 cup Fiber One Cereal = 0 pts WW Black Cherry yogurt = 1 pt

I'm going to try to start posting what I eat again along with the point count I get from here. Hope it's accurate. Right now I am still learning, so any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated! Ok .. I just learned that I can't have this for breakfast! LOL
Breakfast: Thomas Cinnamon Swirl Bagel (5pts-290 cal) w/1T Country Crock margarine w/calcium (1pt-50 cal) w/2T Jif Peanut Butter (5pts-190 cal) Yoplait Strawberry Banana Smoothie (1pt-90 cal) One A Day vitamin (All Day Energy) Super B Complex
Calorie Total: 620 Point Total: 12
IN ONE MEAL I've consumed 1/2 my calories and/or points for a day. So need to do something different there.
I'll post my daily meals as I consume them for now. I'll just come and edit this post.
Good news Cassi...2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter is only 4.5 points! You saved 1/2 a point! Every point counts around here! I'm so glad to see you up here and posting! ((((Cassi))))!!!! Today is going to be challenging for me. I have weigh in tomorrow and for some reason I'm starving! I've already consumed extra points for the day...something I wasn't going to do. Oh well...it's oatmeal and water for my evening meal! Yeah! Pray for me...I need a good weigh in and so far it's looking good (but my scale lies at times...) Have a good day...and YEAH CHELLE for cooking dinner! Love ya'll....Colette

Thanks for my 1/2 point Coe! LOL How did you figure that differently?
Also, how much milk product am I supposed to have per day and how much of my milk allowance does my Yoplait Smoothie cover? I'm really not big on milk and cheese products, so this is about the only way I can cover my milk unless I throw some chocolate syrup in my glass of milk.
Thanks.
P.S. I'd look in the book you sent me, but umm .... it hasn't surfaced from a box yet and I'm really not sure which box it's in! LOL
You are suppose to have 2 milk servings a day. They are suppose to be changing things around and Coe heard the qualifications for milk were suppose to be changing so maybe that is in the new stuff. I know it is suppose to be 30% calcium. There is also something about protein, but I can't remember it...Coe does though...
You are doing GREAT!!!!!!
