I gained what I lost last week....0.6...but considering that we had Thanksgiving and AF is due to show up any day...that really isn't bad.


We have 2 more weeks until our session ends (I'm in an At Work group).  Unfortunately, due to the holidays we will not start back until Jan. 4th.  That will leave 2 weeks no meetings. 
We can go to a traditional meeting those weeks.  One of those I will be out of town.  The other I may try to go to one.  I don't know yet.  That will be a busy week for me.


Sherri, my leader, said the new info is coming out and we should all be getting new material.  They have tweaked the program.  She also said the price is going up a little.  I don't know how much for you traditional guys, but for At Work groups is it $5, so instead of $105 it will be $110.


I'm excited to see the changes!!!!

  Keep your chin up, we have all been there aand even when we reach our goals we are still going to have those days.


  The holiday's are not going to be easy for any of us but we all will get through them and then a new year will begin for us.


 Today was the first day I actually let my hubby take a picture of me. I always hated them. So I went and looked for an old pic and printed the 2 of them out and I am going to tape them back to back and keep them with me and any time I just want to go off the deep end I am going to take out the pics and see which person do i want to be and hopefully it will help me get through that moment. we all need something to help us through. I hope it works for me.


 Try not to think of what you gained but all you have lost.the only gain is that you are turning your life aroung and becoming a healthier active person.


Think Positive!!!!!!!

That's one of the reasons I love this board...we encourage and try to help!!!! 


I'd love to see your pics.  We have a pic area if you feel comfortable posting them there.  Think I'll go back there and look at mine for encouragement.

Chelle...that's not bad at all! I bet alot of WW's would have killed for only a .6 gain!

I'm excited to see the new changes too! Jan told us about it on Wed but I didn't have time to post about it too! It will only get better and better!

  If I figure out how to do all these things on here I will post my pics.


  As you can see my messages are always so blank because I have no clue how to do all that. Hubby always tells me but sometimes when it comes to the computer I am just clueless. But I am getting better.
