Not going to weigh in today...too bad because they're rolling out the new program changes today. But...I'll probably go Friday and sit in on a meeting to find out. From looking at my online planner at WW.com...it looks like more fruit and veg...more water...but I keep the same points ! We're having a dessert buffet at work tonight and my WW buddies and I are brining lots of delicious WW desserts for eachother to sample. I'm making Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies. They look yummy..hope they come out well...I'll let ya'll know! I'll check out your chat thread honey...after I get back from running around. Also making a big batch of my homemade rosemary chicken noodle soup today...my boys both have come down with colds! Love ya'll...have a blessed day! Colette
