*Hey Cassi!!!  Yea!!!  Go you!!!!  Looks good so far!  Check out some of the light breads.  You can get 2 slices of them for one point!    As far as the broccoli goes, is it fresh or cooked?  If it is fresh, it should be zero pts!  You can do this!!!!

The mini bags are what I use.  You have to be careful on popcorn.   Do not use the regular info on the side because that is pre-popped.  If you notice in small print at the bottom of the nutritional info, it gives you the popped info...the fat is much less.  It makes a difference.


The 94% ff are suppose to be 1 pt as well for the big bag.  I love the butter lovers, so I stick to the mini bags....I don't get as much, but my preference is for that butter taste!    Everyone is different!

On the sides of my bag it listed the 1 cup popped info.


Now ... can someone tell me about the fruits and veggies?  Serving sizes, point values, how many per day? That sort of thing ...


Mostly fresh ... and uncooked.
