You guys are doing great! Do you know about the new points determination...it is a bit different now (mainly for guys). It added an extra pt to my daily total and David went from 24 to 33 pts! Not fair...now he is having trouble getting them all in!!!!!

Cassi...it looks good but you are using some of your extra points because your daily target is 22 points. That's fine! The extra points are there to use...I would encourage you to use them, but I've found I gain weight if I use more that 4 or 5 a day. Remember, you getn 35 extra points per week so use em or loose em! LOL.
A small banana is 1.5 points, a medium is 1.5 and a large is 2 points.
You're doing great! I use the Wonder Light Bread (get it at the day old bread store). It comes in wheat, sourdough or italian and 2 slices are only 1 point! It's a good thing! That way you can have a real, whole sandwich! Love it!
