1/12~It's FRIDAY!!!!!!!


*Ok....my goal this week is to USE MY QUICK TRACK like I am suppose to and write things down.  I am getting lazy about the end of the day, so even if I don't get it all down here....it WILL be in my quick track.  I have GOT to get some more weight off...I am getting to where I cannot keep affording this!  My goal is to make goal and work for WW!  But I have got to get to goal.  Ok...enough ranting...on with the menu.



Daily Point Total = 23 pts


Breakfast:
2 Nutragrain low fat waffles = 2 pts
Decaf green tea (mint) = 0 pts


Used = 2 pts    Left = 21 pts


Lunch:
3 thin slices ham & 3 thin slices turkey = 1 pt
Light tortilla chips = 2 pts
Salsa = 0 pts
100 cal pack brownies = 2 pts


Used = 5 pts   Left = 16 pts


Snacks:
100 cal pack Lorna Dunes = 2 pts


Used = 2 pts   Left = 14 pts


Milk:

Fruits & veggies: 
Water: 
Daily multivitamin with calcium, iron, & zinc:
