Good morning ladies! I'm a few days getting started posting here...BUT I was really really good and wrote down everything I ate this weekend in my Quick track!!! Yea me!!! I also went and worked out with Wil and the group from my church for 1 1/2 hrs Sat morning. He gave us "homework" for the next couple of weeks until we meet again. The pastor's wife and I are also starting on tonight for every Tuesday night. On Tuesday and Thursday afternoons some of us are meeting to walk...so we will see how it goes...now for my menu so far today!

On these I spray a little Fat Free Parkay spray and sometimes (if I'm home normally) I might put a little sugar free syrup on them or dip them in it. If I get the blueberry Nutragrain (which are 3 pts...they are not low fat), I just give them a couple sprays of the FF parkay.

I got some of the Eggo Waffles today (Nutri Grain Low Fat), some I can't believe it's not butter spray and some Lite syrup, so that will make my waffles 4 points instead of the 8 it was today! YIKES!
*Yep!!!! Baby steps...esp for people like me!!!!! But hey, I did the 30 min walk with the ladies and went to my workout! OUCH!!!! I'm gonna kill Wil!!!!! Oh yeah...I'm sore today...but it is a good sore and I am proud of myself! I actually touched my toes without bending my knees...AND my fingertips even went as far as the floor!!!! Weigh in tomorrow!

*Well...it's weigh in day. According to my scale...nothing has really changed. I am hoping drinking my water will change that today...plus I am suppose to go walking before weigh in...so maybe that will change some...I hope so...after all the exercising I have done...if I don't show a decent loss....it isn't going to motivate me any. ANWAY...on to today's menu (oh...and did you notice I finished out yesterdays!!! I HAVE been writing it all down in my quick track this week!)

I have a question, though ... I noticed you put 1 pt for your Light Lays Chips. LilMs was checking their website last night and figured the points for Baked Lays at 2 pts. and I think Coe told us 2 also. Do you have something other than the baked lays for only 1 point, or did you only eat 1/2 the bag? If there's something else for 1 pt, we'd sure like to know about it!
Thanks! I weigh between 5:15-5:45 (whenever I get there in that time...then the meeting starts at 5:45 for 30 min).
The chips I ate are the Light Lays not the Baked Lays. The bag I had was the little one from Subway. Now the Light Nacho Cheese in the same size are 2 pts. The Light chips have the Olestra in them so you need to watch that. Don't eat them at the same time you take vitamins because it won't allow them to stay in your system if they are eaten when you take the vitamin. Also another reason I don't overdo on these is too many will have you running to the bathroom,.
When we lived in OH we were in the test market for Olestra. I did not realize the side effects and ate the whole can (they were in the fat free Pringles) before I realized it...the next day....boy did I pay. But eaten in small servings (like the serving suggestion), they don't give me any problems.
